»Your intelligence is always with you, Over-seeing your body, even though You may not be aware of its work.«
RUMI

Essence Dance is a way of contemplative movement exploration, drawing from systems of sacred technology and mystical traditions. Essence Dance is a metaphor of our present and future time: how to adapt to physical, mental, and spiritual awareness in the midst of chaos and everyday life.

Within the science of movement lies the natural wisdom of the body. Awareness guides the way we do things. In all the world cultural systems, movement and expression are gateways of revelation. This workshop is an invitation to move through the house of the body with the guidance of the brilliant intelligence in the body.

By loosening the body in simple ways, a deeper region of heart awareness comes alive and begins to redirect energies through this treasure house we call ‘the body’. With the use of sound through voice, the quality of devotion is invited into this treasure house as a guest speaker. Movement and sound exploration in this simple and enduring way begins to articulate the map of the unknown.

Enter through the doorway of movement, and become acquainted with your heart’s calling. Body and soul in conversation brings a feeling of awakening and the potential dispersion of dullness and lethargy.

If you are a person who wants to move freely this is an opportunity to dive into the mystery and explore. Wear comfortable clothes, suitable for movement.&xnbsp; No experience is necessary, only a willingness to enter into the spirit of creativity.
