In addition to the basic price please add
CHF 75, US$ 75, £45 or Euro 50 for this program

The state of our heart profoundly influences how we experience each moment of our life. Mystical traditions honor the living presence of the divine within each human heart. They also warn us how life’s demands can harden, close, numb, blind and injure our heart. This program offers the opportunity to spend a week caring for and renewing your heart within the company of others sharing the same practice. The following will be experienced:

• Purifying the impressions that block and deaden the heart.
• Comforting, healing and resurrecting the wounded heart.
• Protecting the vulnerable and pure heart.
• Befriending and tending to the many layers of the heart.
• Honoring the sacred heart within us and seeking refuge in the depths of its divinity.
• Worshiping in the temple of the exhalted heart.
• Uncovering the radiance of the heart and its capacity to generate life and illuminate.
• Attuning to the hearts gifts of guidance, discernment and wisdom.
• Embracing the mystery of the heart as the meeting place of the opposites; sensitivity and power, spaciousness and intimacy, pain and ecstasy, emptiness and overflowing, compassion and attachment, longing and mystical union, solitude and connection.

The above themes will be explored through spiritual practices and teachings from various traditions. Music, creative exercises, movement, small group sharing and storytelling will be woven through the program.
