Attention:
Zuleikha will, due to urgent other duties, arrive only on Monday evening. The seminar will start on Tuesday morning, but will then proceed until Saturday evening, unlike the other seminars who will end on Saturday noon after the Universal Worship. Participants are welcome to arrive on Sunday, and take a day to enjoy the nature.

As the mystics throughout time have taught, “Dance is the Language of the Soul”. This is an invitation to explore movement, remembrance, melody and wisdom as it reveals itself through the soul's expression and the instrument of the human body.  Working with concentration through movement, listening, chanting and singing of the Divine name and the practice of Remembrance, this retreat of Yoga of Free Form Movement is a way to deepen the soul's expression in the mystic Dance.
Each day of the retreat, we will:

Zuleikha has developed a simple series of Core Wellness Exercises that will be a touchstone for this learning style.  No background in meditation, music, or dance required; only a desire to open the heart and stir the soul.  Everyone is welcome.

Movement performance artist, Zuleikha is an exceptional performer and teacher in the art of movement and rhythmic language, inspiring awareness of body and health.   Trained with master teachers in different world lineages, Zuleikha has developed her own contemporary movement technology based in traditional music and movement languages of east and west. Zuleikha now travels worldwide working with thousands of people through her humanitarian organization, teaching movement in schools, conferences and corporate settings, and performing her very funny, soul-stirring solo performances and collaborations with fantastic world musicians and poets, including The Rumi Concert with Coleman Barks.
