1. By e-mail: download this interactive pdf-Form, fill out the form.
For reductions put a minus sign before the amount of reduction (e.g. minus 10 %).
Click on the field at the bottom of the form ("to mail this form...").
This gives 2 choices:
(1) it either opens your e-mail program (Outlook (express), Thunderbird, Eudora...),
(2) or save the form with a new name on your computer to send it later by email as attachment.
