In today’s world the ability to maintain a healthy body, mind, and spirit is of the utmost importance. The spiritual seeker and virtually any sensitive person is constantly distracted from a harmonious life by the demands of earning our living, the ever present media, the upheaval in global climatic and political conditions, the pull of relationships, and many other influences.

Many seekers love to get high, but that really is not a complete life. Spiritual practice that leads to harmony and balance in the world is also necessary. There are certain exercises that can be done with the physical body to bring about a relaxed condition. There are breathing patterns that will shift worried minds to peaceful minds in a matter of minutes. Dance and music are also effective tools in the path of mystic relaxation. Emotional focusing, intent on releasing unnecessary tension is also a prerequisite for a balanced life. And finally the soul and spirit must be purified of the tensions that encase them and do not permit a natural flow of life’s energy. During this week, all of these areas will be explored and guidance will be given so that participants can learn what is best for them. During our time together we will focus on reconciling the irreconcilables: peace and joy.
