Basic weekly price
For the basic weekly price, please refer to the following table. You will find a base price for the first week; for each
additional week, the price is reduced by 10% from the previous week.
The weekly price applies for a camp arriving on Sunday and leaving on Saturday or Sunday. If you come early, you will have to pay the daily rate for the extra days.
Extra charges
The various programs have different seminar fees in addition to the basic camp fee; please refer to each seminar description. These fees are based on additional expenses for the different teachers. The various discounts do not apply to the seminar fees.
Day to day
Registration for less than a full week is per day.
Children
Children (age 3-14) pay 50% for the first child and 30% for the 2nd and more. .
Teenagers
Teenagers and young adults (age 14-18) pay two/thirds. For the young adult camp and the youth camp please see the price from the following table))
Reduction
A 10% reduction is granted if 50% of the total fees are received before May 1st. This discount applies only to the time for which you pre-registered and for the base price, not for seminar fees, and not for extensions made at the camp.
Students and unemployed
Full time students and unemployed persons receive a 10% reduction. Documentation is required for this reduction.
Refund
A full refund (minus CHF 100 processing fee) is granted if the cancellation notice is received 15 days prior to the camp for which you registered. No refunds are made for cancellations after this date, or for leaving the camp early. Room and tent rentals are final, unless you or we can find a replacement.
The above fees include the seminars, camping space for your own tent, and three vegetarian meals a day.
As you will see, we have kept the basic price the same. Most of our expenses are based on the Swiss Franc (the camp being in Switzerland). Every year we have been fixing the prices based on the rate in December, however with the current turmoil of the currency market we cannot do that any longer. The listed prices in Swiss Franc and Euro are fixed, the price in US$ and pound sterling are a guide, and the final price will be based on the exchange rate at the time that you pay. Your payment is based on the exchange rate that we receive when your payment is credited to our accounts, minus any bank fees.
