Aziz Dikeulias

I see retreats as the greatest opportunity to escape the everyday worries
of our mostly ego-based lives and have a chance to become conscious of the
other dimensions of our being.
Every retreat is new and different according to our inner needs for
unfoldment, nothing is or can be wasted and very important seeds are sawn
into the soil of our heart and soul that unfold in time.
My considerable experience has taught me that one usually has to struggle
against one’s conditioning and thought-patterns in the first part of the
retreat so that one can surrender to the calling of the beloved in the
latter part. Both parts are essential and cannot be bypassed.
As a retreat guide, I walk hand in hand with my charge without judging and
full of acceptance and awe at the meaningfulness of it all, privileged to
be able to be the midwife of the new birth.

Ishraq Hermann Stein

For many years, I have been a professional baker and economist, grown up and living in the bavarian alps.
When this settled life came to an end, my inward journey on the sufi path started, which I continue with a lot of enthusiasm. This way also a time of pilgrimage and many journeys in the outer world opened, that has enriched and matured my inner wealth of experiences.

I graduated Suluk Academy in 2011, in 2010 I became a retreatguide and 2009 conductor in the healing order and a cherag in the universal worship. Since April 2012 i am a representative of the SufiOrder International. It will be my honour and pleasure to accompany other seekers on their journey through a spiritual retreat.

For me the retreat is a wonderful occasion to unite the two poles of our being - the small Ego which struggled a whole life long, which strived and suffered and never gave up. And the higher Self which connects us with the ground of our being, with God and our primordial vow, that stands at the beginning of our manifestation in life. The alchemical retreat is the vessel, and the trustful bond between retreatant and retreatguide the basis where this meeting of the two poles can take place. Thus the retreat process is the royal path to connect with the divine Beloved.
My teachers are Nigel Hamilton, Aziza Scott and Zumurrud Butta. I am the Zira'at representative for Austria, and in  my civil life I work as a business journalist at a monthly magazine.
